Our Firms Process

At John M. Quinn & Associates, Ltd. we understand how important it is to have a drivers license. We also understand how difficult it can be if your license has been taken away. If for any reason you have an Illinois suspended or revoked drivers license, we can help have your driving privileges reinstated. The process for each client may be different depending on the situation and what type of infraction occurred.

Once you have decided to work with our law firm, we will keep you up to date on the entire process. We will provide you with details about what we will do to prepare you and your file for your hearing with the Secretary of State. Whether we will be working to get you an IL hardship license or to have your IL license reinstated, you can be sure that we will guide you through all phases of the reinstatement process.

If your IL license is suspended or revoked due to a DUI or other infraction, you should rely on the experience at John M. Quinn & Associates, Ltd. to help have your license reinstated. If you are an Illinois resident, you can view a more in-depth bullet list of our process by clicking here.

If Illinois currently has a hold on your IL license, the process may be slightly different. However, our firm has the experience to help out-of-state clients have the hold on their license removed. As with Illinois residents, we will be sure that all of the documentation that will be presented to the Secretary of State is correct and completely filled out.
